Step 1: Let’s get to know each other!

We want you to become part of our family! Let’s hop on a call or video meeting to know more on your goals, dreams, what you do in life, what makes you feel alive, and what keeps you looking forward to tomorrow. Oh- and more importantly, what you want your dream home on wheels to be! We’ll go over how we do things so you can familiarize yourself with our layouts and workflow. We’ll present you with some ideas, brainstorm; talk design, layouts, budget and timeline.

Step 2: Book Us

Once we have a solid build plan and timeline for your conversion, we’ll collect a $5,000 deposit to secure your build slot.  We’ll sign contracts to finalize your conversion details as discussed in step one. This will also lock in a start day for your conversion.

Step 3: Start Ordering Materials

As we come within 30 days of your conversion start date, we’ll require payment for all materials used in your build so we may finish ordering components to keep your build on schedule.  

Step 4: Payment & Drop Off

Once your van is in our hands the magic begins! Throughout the build you’ll receive photos and updates as your conversion comes to life.

The remaining balance of the build will be paid as we build. We can also work out other financial options during consulting.

Step 5: Welcome to Van life!

When you come to pick up your new home on wheels, we’ll give you a full rundown and walkthrough on all the features and components we’ve added. This can take upwards of 2-3 hours depending on the amount of features configured in your build!
